Whole at Heart
Dr. W. and I were discussing how well things were going in the therapy
process. I said that I felt I was nearly through taking the pieces
of my life apart to examine them. Now I could begin to put them
together again. He said, "Yes, and now it will be like a stained
glass window which is much stronger than one ridged pane of glass."
As he said that, I knew I had to paint the image, one of wholeness
made up of many parts. The feminine and masculine symbols, firmly
in my hold promise compassion and purpose for the journey.
I asked my dream self to send me a sign if I had completed my work.
As I ponder the words, interpretation and translation, I see that
I have examined my source. Now it is time to transform its power
over me into personal strength.
Dream:
There was a classroom situation - blackboard - people in chairs
- maybe someone at the front of the room. I was sitting in one of
the chairs. I realized that I had been missing the point. I had
thought of it like song interpretation but it is really more like
language translation. I must look deeper for the meaning.
