Me, Myself and I

The face I present to the world, my persona, is not an honest representation of my inner feelings. The angry inner me, my shadow, is desperate to kill off this false front. The mediating force between them is my Self. I don't think it at all unusual to be of two minds on a subject or even three. However, most of us are taught to present a happy face to the world. Smile and the world will smile with you - cry and you cry alone. Show anger and you are in deep trouble. These archetypal aspects of my self will continue to appear throughout my work as they act out the story of their growing awareness and integration.
